When all you can say is Hallelujah.

What kind of love is this?? I mean, seriously.

How could I – this sin-filled, self-absorbed, whiney little weakling – ever be considered anywhere close to worthy? To have the only perfect human who has ever walked this earth take on the filth of all MY nonsense?

And not only this … but this same One actually then conquered the grave?

He rose again, overcoming that horrifying death??

He has that kind of power, yet He calls ME beloved???

And He’s written MY name in His book of eternity???

I honestly don’t know why He loves me so much, and I’ll never understand how He could.

Yet somehow He does.

Both His Word and the faith He’s poured into my heart assure me that, yes … He indeed does.

So today, every fiber of my everything absolutely overflows with Hallelujahs for this stunningly inconceivable, impossibly perfected, eternal gift of love that I’ll never understand, never deserve, but always, always treasure.

And I treasure this opportunity to share this hope with you.

So remember … all those Easter bunnies running around out there today may be cute, but they sure can’t touch the love of our Father. My prayer is that you feel utterly amazed and wrapped in this love today and everyday, my friends.

Yes, Hallelujah, indeed.

Happy Easter and thanks so much for growing with me. ❤

“See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God … ?” (1 John 3:1)

“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.” (John 3:16-17)
